Tutorial for playing DHAIRYA-Sajjan R.Vaidya in flute

Hope you all doing fine. Here we will be learning tutorial for playing DHAIRYA-Sajjan R.Vaidya in flute.

Dhairya is a song by Sajjan Raj Vaidya. I think it is in E scale. However, I have used G scale for the flute cover. Check it out on the link below in description. It is actually very easy to play flute on Dhairya. The cover starts with ‘Naganya Maya’ of Sajjan Raj Vaidya. Both used ¾ time signature. So, I thought, why not to add it as intro considering that full cover of ‘naganya maya’ was covered but always remained drafted in YouTube. So it starts with short intro of naganya maya as below:

Pa ra nai ba se ra… as (sa re ga ga re sa)

Ma ma ya ga rau la… as (sa re ga ga re sa)

Yei ma ya kai kha tir… as (sa re ga re sad dha)

Din di nai ma ram la… as (sa re ga re sa rega)

Na gan ya ma ya yo… as (sa re ga re sad dha)

Ti mi le bir si ye… as (sa re ga re sad dha)

Kal pa na ha ru nai… as (sa re ga re sad dha)

Sa che ra ba chau la... as (sa re ga re sa rega)

Then, Dhairya part begins. It is played as follow. Here is the song lyrics and respective notations side by side as mentioned above. It goes like this:

Bo li le ti mi lai Tar sa ye... as (sa re ga ga re sa sa re ga)

Na bo li nai Ba sam la... as (ga re sa sa re ga pa)

Ma ya lu... as (ga ga re)

Ba chan le ti mi lai jhas ka ye... as (sa re ga ga re sa sa re ga)

Ka sa ma na khai dim la... as (ga re sa sa re ga pa)

Ma ba ru... as (ga ga re)

Tim ro la li... as (pa ga ga sa)

Le an ga li... as (pa ga ga sa)

Lai ja u na ma lai... as (pa ga ga re ma ga re)

A ta sin dai... as (pa ga ga sa)

Follow next verse (timile haat yo na chine……….) similar to these notations. Now for the Chorus:

Chai ye ja ti le u sam ya... as (sa re ga pa re ga re sa)

Tim ro bo li aa wa ja lai... as (sa re ga pa re ga re sa)

Mero na ma ka yi labaj si kau na... as (sa re ga ma ga ma ga ma ga re ma ga) sa

 

Play next line (Dhairya siki basunjel ma……..) similar to these notations. Now for the main part_Outro:
